1. ☀️💧🧲 Light-Water-Magnetism
“Light, water, and magnetism are the three things that drive life on Earth. Everything else is downstream.”

Key Points:
- Light striking surfaces liberates electrons
- This is how mitochondria harvest energy
- Cells are not chemical machines—they are electrical/quantum devices
- The skin is a solar panel
Einstein’s Discovery → Kruse’s Application: Einstein won the Nobel Prize for the photoelectric effect. Kruse applies it to biology.
3. ⏰ Circadian Rhythm Is King
“Timing is more important than quantity. Morning light is medicine, evening light is poison.”

The Clock Hierarchy:
- Central clock (SCN in brain) — set by light

“All chronic disease is a mitochondrial disease. Heteroplasmy is the key metric.”
Heteroplasmy = percentage of damaged mitochondrial DNA

What Increases Heteroplasmy:
- Blue light exposure (especially at night)

- Cold thermogenesis
- Fasting/autophagy
